Consulting is a more detailed service, generally involving a survey of
the entire business, interviews with management and staff, and the construction
of a business plan through concensus.
This type of service requires travel to the client's place of business.
The service is generally reserved for major expansion.
Computachem Services is gearing up for major corporate pharmacy development
with expanded middle management and specialty pharmacists.
The area of corporate mergers and acquisitions is seen as a primary market
by Computachem Services, and it will occur rapidly, as soon as enabling
legislation is in place.

any major pharmacy expansion will be the need to access specialised and
highly trained staff at all levels. Computachem Services is providing
an organisational basis and a strategic plan, to satisfy the demand for
human resources, as it arises.
Training will be provided at two levels-"in-house" in the client's
location and externally, by Computachem Services, utilising all forms
of delivery, including the Internet.
